Partners

YDC could not support its mission without the community partners that share their time, talents and treasure. Truly, as poet Gwendolyn Brooks puts it, “we are each other’s business.”

These partnerships may be with other agencies on a contract basis, such as The Division of Youth and Family Services, Communities in Schools, The Leaguers and the Irvington Board of Education. In other cases, the partnership is sustained by private and public donors that generously support the programs and services that YDC provides to the community.
